Selling IoT products is not easy thanks to the complex technical product specifications and various prerequisite required.


Often time and effort are dedicated to training and getting up sales staff up to speed. In this case study, learn how we build for Singtel a Saleskit platform, an end-to-end solution onto how they can manage their leads.
For the project, much of our implementation strategy was centred on around lean UX and the practice of developing rapid prototypes. What makes this different from our other traditional approach is that we ditch our usual process of requirements gathering and instead, using a “problem statement” approach creating rapid prototypes to validate our hypothesis and implementations with the client.


Such an approach allow us to test early and test first which was fitting the ever-evolving nature of the project.
